Pelicans Landing 3 (Salty Seashells)-Pelicans Landing 3 (Salty Seashells)-The Pelican Landing Villas are 8 two-bedroom units located across the street from the gorgeous Oak Island beach. There are 2 buildings of 4 units which open up onto a courtyard that has an inground pool, picnic tables, grills and outdoor showers for renters and their pets. Each 600 square foot unit has a furnished, private balcony with partial views of the ocean. The beach access is directly across the street so vacationers have an easy choice of where to catch some sun and cool off in the water.
The 2 bedroom units are bright, cozy and decorated with beach decor. They are equipped with all you might need for a comfortable stay. Some units have 2 queen beds and others have a queen bed and two twin beds. Each unit has a pullout couch that would sleep two additional guests. The beds are comfortable and there are flat screen televisions with cable in each room. There is free wifi for each unit and service while you lounge by the pool. The kitchen has everything you will need for preparing meals, dining inside or on the private balcony watching the sunset and hearing the waves. The furry members of your family are also welcome to stay at the Pelican Landing Villas. There is a pet spa outside to allow for your dog to be washed off after a day of playing on the beach! The balconies also have gates so the dogs can relax safely outside with you.
This is unit 3, with tiled floors and mini-split A/C unit that keeps the place nice and cool. With afternoon sun and a partial view of the ocean, its a great spot to watch the sunset!
