We loved this property. We'd be back in 2025 except we have a bucket list cruise already paid for. The view of the ocean was great. We saw dolphins most days. We could not see the sand, because of the setback and the dune lines, but we could see the top of the turtle volunteers' jeep as it made its early morning rounds. A new turtle nest quarantine sign greeted us one morning. The pool is quite new, in perfect condition, and very well maintained. At this time of year, the water temperature (unheated) was 89 in the morning and 91 in the afternoon....perfect for our grand daughter and for us. We used the smaller second refrigerator on the first floor for drinks, which was nice as it kept the foot traffic very local to the outdoors. The furniture was very good, both inside and out. The property managers moved our trashcans out to the street themselves, so we did not have to remember. The ground floor bedroom is pretty garish, but looks like a place that teens would enjoy. Our only quibble was with the very sketchy internet service, which came and went during our week, despite BBR's multiple efforts to cure it. We used our cellphone hotspots to partially mitigate. The quality and quantity of communications from BBR were satisfactory.
