This house has been completely updated and the finishes are absolutely beautiful! The sunset view s were beautiful, we could walk to get coffee/breakfast, etc… and it is right on the beach! It was also really convenient for my two small kids with sleeping arrangements, kid friendly seating and toys, and large open living room space for games. Very close to downtown oak island and a short drive to Southport! Most importantly you can’t beat the price for a brand new ocean front home! We will definitely be back!

The only improvement I see, for the price point, having the beds with linens already on them, and a small stash of paper products to get the stay going (a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, single roll of paper towels, etc).
