1) In your CHECK OUT instructions, it would be a GREAT idea to remind folks to sign out of all their STREAMING APPS on the Smart TVs. 2) We were there during tropical depression Gordon and we were FLOODED-IN! The driveway was flooded with 20 inches deep of water. The flood waters came right up to the cement pad at Aquila West! Maybe off-season, build a wooden bridge-driveway so when the storms dump rain, folks aren't flooded in! We were flooded in from Sunday to Thursday during our stay. We have pictures and videos if anyone wants to see.3) The north bedroom on top floor: bathroom shower faucet is backwards. Cold gives hot water and hot gives cold water. The accommodations were great and we had a lovely vacation -- minus tropical depression Gordon.Thank you, David & Karen Dekker

We LOVED Aquila West and placed it on hold for next year. The staff were very kind and helpful especially Jerry and Flo. My only suggestion is to look into the water heater. After one person took a shower the second and third people didn't have hot water for more than three minutes. The rest of our party had no hot water to take showers in time to go to dinner. Thanks!

The house is incredible and was universally loved by every one in our group. We truly appreciate Better Beach Rentals attending to the needs of our Family Reunion and moving us into Aquila West when it became apparent that Nirvana was not going to work for us. Thank you all so so very much. We were extremely grateful for the individual attention to our group and our needs by the staff, especially Brett and Kay on the day that we arrived. I cannot emphasize enough the personal attention they gave us. Thank you.
