This updated, NON-SMOKING condo features a master bedroom with a king bed. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and bedroom 3 has 1 queen and 1 bunk bed twin over twin, while the living room features 1 double sleeper sofa.  Enjoy extended cable on large Samsung TVs.  DVD players are located in the great room and the bunk room.  Bring your family and friends together in the fully-equipped kitchen to savor a Low Country Boil or take it outside and enjoy the charcoal grills and large outdoor pool.  This condo is also DOG FRIENDLY, so bring up to two of your furry friends (20lbs max).

We spent a lovely winter week in the condo and could not have been happier. It was immaculately clean, bright and airy. It's only a short walk to the beach and to stores and restaurants (try Thai & Vine across the street!). Don't miss the sunsets at the west end!

The full bed in the "childrens" room needs a new mattress for any adult that may sleep in that bed. The microwave dud not heat evenly, so food was hot in areas and cold in others. Other than that the place was great! Best pots and pans ever supplied for a condo that we've rented. Nice decor. Love that it wasn't overly furnished. Would love to stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo! Condo had a great layout, very clean, fun beachy decor, and a sweet view of the beach! Very close to beach access. It was ann easy walk for my toddler. Would recommend and will stay here again!

I have rented several condos in thus area because I love the environment..but I must say this particular condo is my absolute favorite..the decor the cleanliness is exceptionally far better than any I have stayed in..it's not always available but it's definitely my first choice

Our experience with BBR was good- this is the 2nd year we have used them. We arrived early as we had family staying in the same complex and could hang on the beach. So no problem with getting in property by 4.
