Bedroom closest to beach with sliding door-shower clogged and standing in lots of water by end of shower. House was very clean and really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed the property and all amenities. Great upgrades from the last time we stayed there in 2021. Would be even better with screens in all bedrooms (4-5 more needed). Also, one non-operative window (needs to be propped open) in northernmost King bedroom could use repair. Minor issue that oven door may need some adjustment to close completely. We were pleased with maintenance overall. Dryer issue leaving marks on fabric was dealt with promptly and effectively. Likely to repeat again over time as caused by wear of friction pads at front of drum. We were pleased with housekeeping overall.

This is a great location and provided a really fun visit. The house was cleanThe bed in the bedroom behind the kitchen is horrible and needs to be replaced. It was very noisy and not firm (spring supported). The other beds were fine. We didn't use the bunk beds, but they looked fine.Great list includes: porch with gates, HVAC fine, kitchen is super well stocked and worked great (except the oven is tricky to use!), renovation was done well overall, overall cleaning before check in was done well, location and views are amazing, huge refrig is great, stove top was great, lots of cabinet and closet space, super easy to keep the floor cleanGreat list includes: porch with gates, HVAC fine, kitchen is super well stocked and worked great (except the oven is tricky to use!), renovation was done well overall, overall cleaning before check in was done well, location and views are amazing, huge refrig is great, stove top was great, lots of cabinet and closet space, super easy to keep the floor clean

Our family absolutely loved the location of Knotty Pelican. There was lots of space for all of us but we had some challenges. We weren't aware of the lack of hand soap throughout the house and it was unclear from the listing that the grill was a built-in charcoal grill in the driveway.
