An amazing view and convenient location. The elevator worked perfectly for our needs and the pool and hot-tub were amazing. The mattresses in most of the rooms were much more comfortable than our previous stay. The 4th floor had a few issues. The mattress was well worn and uncomfortable and the water pressure and hot water availability were significantly lacking; but only on that floor.

We have stayed in Oak Island for the last 4 yrs and this house was by far the best house we've stayed in. The attention to details was awesome especially having the baby gate over the glass sliding door to the pool area with small kids was perfect! This house was very clean and the pool and hot tub being on the deck area was perfect as well!!! We already booked for next year!!

We had a great experience with better beach rentals. In the past we had used a different rental company. We really liked the house we stayed in. It was clean and for the most part well kept. The pots and pans need replaced badly. We hoped to cook more in the house but we were not able to due to the condition of them. We would like to have rented the house next year but the Sunday to Sunday rental was very difficult for many of our schedules. We tired it for the first time this year and it made things a bit more difficult. All in all though, we had a great experience.

This is the third house we’ve rented at Oak Island using Better Beach Rental. This house was the best! Loved having the pool facing the beach on the level as bedrooms. You could sit by the pool and look out at the beach.The house was beautiful and stocked with kitchen items just like home. We love the area because it’s not so commercialize. It has a small town feel which we like. Thanks home owners for building such a great house for family vacations!
