We’re a family of nine who felt very comfortable in this rental property. The location, with beach access just across from the house, was wonderful. We liked that it was so easy to run back to the house for things when we were set up at the beach for the day. When we arrived, there were several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, but Better Beach Rentals was extremely responsive and sent people to take care of every item on our list of complaints. They couldn’t have done a better job. We only wish that the house had been better prepared before our arrival. We loved the views from the front decks, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a bit disorganized. Bedrooms were okay except for the front bedroom with a queen and twin. The queen bed is sunken in the middle and needs to be replaced. All in all, it’s a good beach house, with the location being its greatest asset.

The mattress in the lower floor front bedroom (the one with the Queen and the twin beds)needs to be changed. It is rounded out and "caved in" in the middle. If two people are sleeping on bed, it causes them both to roll to center together. Otherwise, beautiful home with great location! :)

Bed in room with 2 beds(queen) was terrible , like it was broken? The pool was very dirty, but we figured out why.. When the mowers came they mowed and used weed eater inside pool area and they didnt mind it going all in pool. I recommend putting rocks or small bricks as landscaping around pool area. Otherwise it was wonderful house and loved the area. We will be back in October! Loved it!
