This was the perfect house for our family of ten. We enjoyed our week stay tremendously. The house was beautiful bed linens were supplied as well as towels and wash cloths, departure clearing was also included in the price. Better beach rentals were easy and efficient to work with. Give them a try for your next vacation.

The property is amazing!! The cleaning crew did a fantastic job and that is rare in my experience over the years. Thank you again for the smooth transition when the house was sold and the property changed rental company hands. Everything was great!!

My family and I stayed the week of July 4th 2024. The house was very nice, clean, spacious, and all the beds were comfortable. I will say the walk to the beach was a little difficult for a couple of my family members but they do have trouble walking sometimes. The dune that you cross to the right of the beach stairs is a little steep and soft sand but if you go left off of the steps down that path to the other beach access it is a lot more flat. The only thing that was misrepresented about the house in the description is that it has a Hot/Cold outdoor shower there is only a cold shower on the boardwalk to the beach for rinsing off. We were disappointed about this because we love to have outdoor true showers at the beach. This was our very first trip to Oak Island. The town was nice and so was the community of Southport. The restaurants were amazing our favorite was Koko Cabana at the pier. We did call in orders and ate at the house multiple nights. The beaches were very clean although busy in comparison to what we were used to we still had plenty of space.
