It would be really helpful to have a printed notebook with info specific to the property in the house. Specific things like: how to operate the air conditioner (it's touch sensitive), where the trash cans are, how to get to the beach by foot, etc).The response team of staff was very good. We had issues with the air conditioner and they were addressed immediately. We stayed in this house because my 90 year-old mother stayed with us. She is on a walker, and the house's accessibility was great for us!
