This brand new, beautifully designed second-row home has it all! There's enough room for multiple families or friends to enjoy time together. The home has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, an elevator, and can sleep up to 18 people. The public beach access is just steps away, right across the street!   ***This home is on a QUIET STREET on the east end of the main road, and much easier to cross the street to the public access***. 
Along with all the beach has to offer, this home also features your own private backyard oasis with a large in-ground pool, plenty of relaxing seating, 2 charcoal grills, a corn hole set, and a bocce ball court. The inverted floor plan has 4 bedrooms, a den on the lower level, and 2 more bedrooms plus the living, dining, and kitchen on the upper level.
All bedrooms and both living areas have smart TVs equipped with streaming. Four of the bedrooms have king beds with 3 of them having their own private bathroom. The other king bed shares a bathroom with a bunk room (2 twins over twin bunk beds). The 6th bedroom has 1 twin over a full bunk bed, a separate twin bed, and has its own bathroom that also opens to the living area. The den has a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, fridge, microwave, and smart TV.
The upper level features a HUGE great room with large windows facing the ocean and plenty of comfy seating.  The gourmet kitchen includes 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, quartz countertops, beautiful accent tile, upgraded lighting and appliances, and a huge island with seating for 6. There is also a 9.5-foot dining table that seats 12. 
Both the front and back of the home have large covered porches with plenty of Polywood seating, including huge wrap-around covered porches on the ocean side. There's also an elevator, outdoor storage, an outdoor shower, an electric car charger, and plenty of parking (space for 8 cars).

We recently stayed in this home for my son's wedding on Oak Island and the host, along better beach rentals, could not have been easier to work with to make our stay so enjoyable! The house itself is stunning and the access to the beach is super close. This home has everything you need and more to offer for a stay on Oak Island.

Beautiful house! Many amenities that were not mentioned, like three refrigerators! I had called before we came to see if there was a wagon to carry beach stuff and was told no, but there was one there! Thank you for the opportunity to reserve for next year!

I cant thank you enough for rescuing us in a time of need for my sons wedding weekend! I have learned my lesson and probably will never book a rental property through any service for the island, other than Better Beach rentals. These guys are the best !!! The home was beyond our expectations and we could not have been happier. It had accommodations to fit everyone and best of all it was so clean and so shiny and the process was a breeze to check in and out of this beautiful home, and the homeowner herself was wonderful to work with! This is definitely going to be a house rented again by some of the guests at the wedding! Everyone was so impressed! Thanks again !

Doesn't seem like it would be a big issue but we ran into problems with it both nights so maybe just adjusting the time they are on would help!
