We absolutely love Bluewater Point!! The house was perfect for two adults and two dogs. The kitchen/dining area/living room space is perfect. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The shaded deck with the bar stool chairs that allow great views and a picnic table were exactly what we always want. The furniture is perfect as is the TV in the living room. We did not use the lower deck, but we both thought that would be a great feature on future visits.Exceptional value for the money for two people and two dogs.The HVAC system worked really well.The location relative to the beach and to Lone Rider is absolutely perfect.There were a couple of small maintenance issues that are mentioned in a different question.The only negative for me was having the parking lot next door. The street light is quite bright but the shades in the bedroom mostly block it out. There were a few loud cars in the parking lot. The light and the noise disrupted the sense of quiet and viewing the stars. But, it was not really a problem that would keep us from staying there. In fact, we already reserved the house for next Thanksgiving.We go down twice a year. Thanksgiving and in May before Memorial Day. The is one other house that we love -"Salt" managed by Rudd. That house is very similar to Bluewater Point. We are staying at Salt this summer just because it was a few hundred dollars cheaper. The owners live in the house in the off-season, which is why we came across Bluewater Point. If the prices were the same we would probably stay at Bluewater Point both times we go down every year.

Great location. Enjoyed covered porch. Well furnished and well equipped in kitchen. Loved the fabrics on beds, furniture, and decorations.Loved being able to bring the dog.Needed some minor repairs.

Everything was great but I would like to mention the dryer did keep shutting off after a few minutes and should be addressed. A new hose would be great. This is the same hose with holes in it as last year.
