Spectacular 7 bedroom 4 1/2 bath oceanfront home with private pool and elevator. This home boasts 5 ocean front bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with walk-in tile showers, and 2 bedrooms on the street side, 2 family rooms for plenty of space to spread out, 3 large oceanfront decks, one which is partly a covered porch and a sunning deck, access to all decks from ocean front bedrooms and family rooms, tremendous ocean and beach views, private pool, elevator to all levels, hot and cold outside shower, and much more. When you come to the beach, you want to relax. This home will accommodate all your needs to do just that. The entire 3rd level of this home is set up with an all-open space for your group to be together and be part of every conversation while enjoying each other and the fantastic views. Or carry part of the group down to the 1st level family room with a wet bar and refrigerator and watch your perfect movie or plug in your gaming system. The 3rd level outside decking is partly covered for those who want to be outside but shaded and partly open for those who what to sunbathe. From these decks, enjoy the beach and ocean views as these decks protrude out enough to see all of Caswell Beach and the Oak Island Lighthouse over to the entire western shore of Bald Head Island and the Old Baldy Lighthouse. From the other direction, you can see all of Oak Island over to Holden Beach. Any fishermen with you can watch what is being caught on the pier from the convenience of the couch or from one of the decks. Watch the kids on the beach step out on one of the decks or speak to them down below if they are at the pool. House is as pictured. Very clean. Tons of outdoor seating. The only "negative" is all 11 of us felt the beds need new mattresses.

The house was beautiful but the elevator didn't work there was no beach chairs and the beds creaked. For multi million dollar home maybe buy some beach chairs and the access to the beach needs improvement.

I called the day before we left with just FYI information.NO COMPLAINTS!!!!! We had a great time and will come back! I just thought you should know.~There is something living in the wall in the master bedroom of Current Sea. Lots of scratching. I would knock on the wall and it would leave. We live in the mountains and know the damage they can do!~We saw 1 roach on the 1st level of rooms. It's the beach, I get it - just letting you know they are there.~The trash was full when we arrived and I couldn't find when the day was for pick-up. Let the renter know when to put the trash out - most people won't mind. We saw the trashman on Tues, but he wouldn't take anything in the black containers, which were packed.As I said. These are not complaints! The house is great and when we come back to Oak Island, we will look at your rentals!Thank you for everything - we had a lot of fun. Tracy Abernethy

The middle bedroom 3rd level seemed very tight but otherwise I liked the layout of the house. The outside shower wasnt working. A couple times pool guys came by to clean pool but werent able to I think due to either mechanical or equipment issues. The event center hosted a wedding & reception while we were there and were asking my grandkids & family not to swim in the frame of their wedding. We accommodated them but since we were paying for the use of our location just like they were I thought I was a little ridiculous for them to think they had the run of the beach. Our family comes down every spring so we are always shopping for a good deal. This year was a lot of fun. We will be checking prices next spring
