Overall

The house's location is good, and the property was recently renovated, so it's in great shape. The views are amazing, and the fact that it has 3 oceanfront masters is perfect for large groups. There is no beach access. One has to walk 3 houses down for access. This should be mentioned in the listing.

Overall the house was beautiful. Furniture in the living room is getting a bit dirty - needs cleaning. Would be nice to add some pavers around the grill to eliminate the natual foliage.
