Great property and very responsive management team. Requested additional coffee cups and some blankets which were delivered within the hour. Only minor comment is additional seating (a leisure chair or two) in additional to sectional couch in living room would be great plus a few more chairs on the deck / balcony. Given size of home, a few more chairs are needed. Thanks.

The house as a whole had plenty of space. None of the bedrooms had bedside table lamps making it impossible for someone to lay in bed and read a book. Everyone staying there commented on this. It was a negative. I would consider this property again if some bedside lamps were added.

The only issue that we had with the property was that the washer and dryer power buttons were finicky. They both worked so we didn't contact maintenance but we had to push the buttons multiple times for both the washer and dryer to start. We loved our stay at Oceans 7 and the house was more beautiful than the pictures portrayed.

My family has been coming to Oak Island for over 25 years, and this was the best house we have ever had. Everything about it was great from the layout to the location. This will be the first house I check when planning another visit. Just wanted to say here that this was the cleanest house we have ever had. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We also had an issue with the pool heater due to a storm, and the maintenance was quickly after we called. Grateful for the quick response.

Lots of space for our entire extended family.The stand alone ice maker died after the first day, called Maintenance and someone came out but it wasn't fixed, however we did have that hurricane so we were OK with it. Great pool, great location and our beds were comfy!
