A PERFECT LANDING - This absolutely beautiful home has spectacular ocean and island views! Six of the seven bedrooms have king beds with ocean views! The bunk bedroom is great for the kiddos with a full/full bunk with twin trundle and another single twin daybed. All bedrooms include flat screen TV’s, in addition to the great room. Property has a great view and location is awesome. Fence needs fixed because small dogs can get out where it's broken. The fenced yard was one of the reasons we picked this house.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The house is stunning and in a great location. The elevator broke the last day and my father who has mobility issues really struggled with the stairs. There was also a black widow infestation under the house and 5 of them came off the beach chairs that were provided. We were a tad disappointed that we rented two houses the same weekend and both elevators were broken and we were not given any type of credit towards our stay, however the staff was very nice and apologetic about the inconvenience and made note of the spiders. Staff was so nice at better beach! We are local, but loved that we were close to rubys and koko cabana

We had a great week. The house was very clean when we arrived. Our only problem was with the elevator. Had to call for maintenance three times during our stay - all of which needed resetting not due to door open, etc. The last time was at departure when trying to take suitcases down to car. My husband was caught inside, but had luckily asked your maintenance man what to do if that happened.We are renting another house next year as we need to change dates.

I have been renting vacation homes for well over a decade and I will say This property has The Best equipped kitchen I've ever experienced; it wanted for nothing. Having said that, Perfect Landing did not disappoint in any way. Because the house is facing south, the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The view of the pier and ocean were perfect (no pun intended).Nine people were in our group. Everyone remarked about how well the layout worked, how comfortable the beds were, and how convenient the location was (grocery stores were within 2 miles of the house).
