Cottage has great porch with lots of seating and cushions. Beach access is close. If I owned it (keep playing the lottery!!) I would add ceiling fans in each bedroom and grab bars in the shower Refrigerator is every efficient. Everything froze. Painting ceilings white really opened things up. New windows, new appliances and ice maker were great. Open shelves in kitchen are great idea. New furniture is comfortable. Beds are too soft.
