The open floor plan features a light-filled living room and dining area, in addition to an overstocked kitchen making it easy to gather and entertain. There's room for everyone on the main level with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, 2 attached full baths, 2 attached half baths with a shared shower, and 1 hall full bath with bathtub. Interior stairs provide access to the lower level where you will find a large,16x36, private, salt-water pool, another full bath, and a bonus TV lounge area with an attached kitchenette including a microwave and mini-fridge. No running up and down the stairs to get drinks and snacks while enjoying a dip in the pool! The large ocean-side deck is a great place to catch a sunrise or sunset. Beach access is conveniently located a half block away. Great mid-island location on the east beach near Ocean Crest Pier and Island Way Restaurant. Room to park a boat. It took 2 days for the house to cool off and for the refrigerator to stay cool. It was extremely hot in the kitchen when cooking. The tv in the room with twin bed the sound was in and out.

If check in was a little earlier that would be even betterI've stayed at different reality companies and they let you know when property is clean so you can check in. We've stayed with you the last 2 years and its 4 o'clock when we got the text to check In Both times

We just returned from our incredible stay at Seas The Moment, a great beach home listed with Better Beach Rentals. This place exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our relaxing beach getaway.Location & Beach Bliss:The house is situated in a prime location, just across the street from beach access. We loved the convenience of being able to pack up our beach chairs and towels and be on the sand in minutes. The beach itself was pristine and uncrowded, perfect for long walks, building sandcastles, and soaking up the sun.Poolside Paradise:But the beach wasn't the only place for fun! The private pool in the backyard was a lifesaver, especially on hot afternoons. We spent countless hours splashing around, playing pool games, and enjoying refreshing dips between sunbathing sessions. The pool area was well-maintained and provided plenty of space for everyone to relax.A Home Away from Home:The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully-equipped kitchen to plenty of bedrooms and living areas. We especially appreciated the large deck with a partial view of the ocean!A Big Thank You to Better Beach Rentals:A big shoutout to Better Beach Rentals for their excellent service. The booking process was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. They even provided us with a detailed welcome packet with recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local attractions.Overall, our stay at Seas The Moment was truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return and create more lasting memories in this beautiful beach haven. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!
