Stay Salty offers views of beautiful sunrises & sunsets from either of the two oceanfront spacious decks. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This home sleeps 10 people comfortably with an option for two more on a double-size sleeper sofa located in the living room. Split unit HVAC systems are in the upstairs bedrooms and these units can be independently controlled with remotes.  Stay Salty provides plenty of space to enjoy each other's company, relax and have loads of family fun! Enjoy magnificent ocean views from the two upper oceanfront bedrooms, living room, and dining room, all of which lead out to the upper and lower scenic decks. Your home is probably the best beach house we've ever had! It was spacious enough to accommodate the 6 of us plus our nephew, niece and their 2 children. Additional family members stayed about a mile from us and we all got together for a shared meal. The 6 children enjoyed the beach, our 2 elderly family members were comfortable with early walks in the morning to the beach and back to Stay Salty to chill in the AC for the remainder of the days BUT the 1st stormy day we had we saw water spouts which none of us had experienced in person, the 2nd stormy day we walked the shoreline and found a "sea heart"! We made many wonderful family memories in and from our "home base at Stay Salty" Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us!!

First time renters at Stay Salty (6 adults and 4 children) We were afraid 2 bathrooms werent enough for us but no problem. Upstairs bathrooms was wonderful! want one in my house!! Loved the ocean view. Best Beach weather week we ever had. Been coming to OKI 40 plus years. We love to vacation here and hope we can come back to Stay Salty next year!!

Our first time at Stay Salty and we loved it. Both decks are wonderful. The short walk to the beach was wonderful. There were only 4 of us and the house was perfect, the AC upstairs in the bedrooms was a little confusing but we managed. We had our older dog who loves the beach and it was so fun to see her enjoy the herself so much! We hope to return next year.

We've stayed at Stay Salty before and once again we had a wonderful times! The kids loved the bunk room and the toys downstairs. The weather was perfect this week and we enjoyed beach time almost everyday. We've been coming to OKI for 3 years and can hardly wait to come back next summer. We brought 3 generations this year and made some incredible memories!!! Thanks

We had so much fun staying at your beautiful home so much beach time and sun along with great pictures. Lots of seashells were collected and kept. This was on of our familys best vacations! The home was perfect for our group! We will def be back!

This place is perfect, plenty of room, spacious porches practically on the water, nice bedrooms, bunks for the kids, super outside shower, needs a walkway from shower to steps so you don't get sandy again- kitchen well equipped, really enjoyed our stay, and we're already looking forward to next year!

Layout was very family friendly, plenty of room, upgraded and fresh, bedroom views were fantastic! Only suggestion would be to add liner under upper porch so you could sit outside on the lower one in the rain, short walk to the beach!

This is our second stay at this property. It was clean and spacious.We enjoyed all amenities. It would be very helpful to have a footwashing station to minimize tracking sand into beach house. We did not access to an outside faucet/hose for this.

Things we enjoyed about Stay Salty, the location, price point, keyless entry and check-in, well stocked kitchen, large kitchen table, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, the shower wand in the upstairs bathroom made showering a child off much easier, lots of games and books, loved the nice outdoor furniture. Things that need some attention, a baluster was missing on bottom level back porch, need rock or concrete walk from outdoor shower to back steps, so you don't get sand back on your feet and track into the house. entry door had to be slammed to shut completely and sliding back door was hard to open. A removable shower wand in downstairs bathroom would be nice to have.

Friday 6/23 - 13 weeks ago, every Friday, I was sitting in a chemo chair. Today was the first Friday in more than 3 months that I am NOT getting chemo!! I am sitting in the chair AT THE BEACH.
