A well-equipped cook’s kitchen offers a large island with granite countertops, stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances, garbage disposal, and custom cabinetry with decorative lighting. Make memories around the kitchen table in the large eat-in area. The sofa sleeper in the den allows for two extra guests or a quiet place to read, work puzzles or play one of the many board games. Best stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental. Pool was perfect. May want to put up sun shade on back deck west side. Wanted to eat dinner out there a few evenings but too hot.

House was great. Had a few disappointments. Was notified on they way there that the hot tub was not working & probably would need replaced which wouldn't happen in time for us. When we arrived found that the hot tub was definitely "out of service" and also all the outlets downstairs and the outlets in the bathrooms. Couldn't charge golf cart. However, when I contacted the office on Monday (didn't want to bother anyone on Sunday since it wasn't an emergency). They promptly sent someone out who was very nice and took care of everything including bringing us a new coffee pot which decided to quit working that morning. He was very nice and took care of everything. Overall, the house is excellent. The hot tub was more for the men so the kids were happy because we still had the pool!!! :-) The house was very well stocked and a great location.
