Lovely situation - says it sleeps 12 - we were only 5 and it was perfect. You could sleep 12 in the property but there is nowhere near enough living space/deck for that number. Somewhat misleading.

We loved the house. Have very few issues. The beautiful outdoor shower could use a few hooks for towels & bathing suits. The hooks in the master bathroom were so high I couldnt reach them. Otherwise everything was great.
