Overall

Location is excellent, views from both sides to the ocean and inlet. Kitchen is dated and cabinets are needing minor repairs. Not having use of the main fridge was annoying but the ice maker was very good.Also, need a decent grill on the property. Pool was very clean.

Overall

Great property. This is our 2nd stay and we are planning another next year. Basically the only thing, other than some maintenance for wall repair, that we found could be improved upon was that the house need to supply a good broom and dust pan for when the vacuum is not necessary. Also the box spring unit in the bedroom next to the pool needs to be replaced. It is extremely noisy whenever you make any type of movement on the bed and is very annoying.

Spent 17 magical days at Yonder. Unbelievably beautiful views, especially from the ocean side. Heated pool was great and access to the beach and the Point was easy. Management company couldn’t have been more accommodating, as we extended our stay several days. House was comfortable, but could use a refresh. That being said, nice to have our two cocker spaniels with us. We are already discussing a return visit sometime this Fall!

Beautiful well equipped house with amazing views. We had a wonderful time, wish it was an easier walk to the beach but we enjoyed the pool immensely! Hope to return.
